Once you have picked an available date from the Seminar Schedule, email me at:

and we can begin to discuss firming up the date or dates that you have chosen.
I can pencil in the dates until you have discussed them up with
your organization. Once we have a date for your seminar, my web master will put
up a flier of his design or one that you have designed. It will be downloadable
and easy for people to print up. There is a small fee for this and his contact
information is readily available on the web site. Your flier should include good
contact information, remembering that occasionally people's email addresses and
contact information changes so try to include two people. Give as much
information as possible.
I make my own flight reservations and then send a PayPal Invoice to make it easy to pay with a credit card. It is necessary for the organization to reimburse me as quickly as possible so that I can then free up those travel funds to make other reservations. My husband travels with me at our expense and manages a sales table at the location.
You'll need to make hotel reservations for me on your end and pay for them. Plan on the night that I arrive and the night or nights that I give the seminar. Please make sure that the hotel has either an elevator or my room is on the first floor. We travel with heavy bags for the sales table and are long past the age where we can trudge up hotel steps carrying the luggage. It is convenient if you request a room near by the elevator.
Please choose a hotel that has either a restaurant in it, or one nearby so that we have access to meals while we are there.
Depending on the location, I will need transportation to and from the airport with room in the vehicle for two people and at least four large duffle bags. Hotel shuttles work just fine. If people are unable to arrange transportation, I am happy to rent a car and drive to your location if your organization will reimburse for the car rental.
Within two weeks of the seminar, I will need the address and zip of the hotel, the seminar location, at least two contact people with phone numbers, an address to which I can drop ship books and other supplies and the confirmation number of my room at the hotel. I will also need to have in hand an email stating that the hotel is to charge the credit card that made the reservation for my room.
My fee is a flat rate of $400.00 whether I am there for four hours or two days. The sales table takes cash, checks or credit cards and will have a large variety of whelping and puppy care supplies in addition to copies of all my books.
